When you move your mouse cursor over the trading platform you will see that it is responsive to the position of the mouse. In the example below, placing your mouse over the bid and ask rates will pop up additional information regarding that specific data. When switching to the candlestick view, you will obtain even more data when placing the cursor on the price. You’ll be able to see the timespan of each candle along with upper and lower shadows for the candle in questions.
With Candlesticks, you are able to receive a broader view of you chosen asset’s price status. Candlesticks come in two colors: Red ones indicate that the price declined within 15 minutes of price movement, while green ones indicate that the price climbed within that 15 minute period. Traders are also able to switch between modes – using the options on the upper left side of their chart – and get data on both short and long-term price movement of their selected asset. The small “sticks” coming out on either side represent the highest and lowest prices reached during the given time period. A division into minutes, hours and days is also available for traders’ convenience.
Traders can also benefit from using the strategy adviser, which essentially provides an either Call or a Put prediction based on one of the three following types of calculations: RSI, Moving Average or Bollinger Bands. All you have to do is choose your desired method of calculation and the platform will start a 10 second countdown until the desired prediction is supplied. This prediction, as said, will be founded on financial formula calculated using the asset’s latest shifts. When the prediction becomes available, it is also clickable, allowing trader to click on the displayed CALL/PUT and open the trade. Please keep in mind that the Strategy Adviser only works in the Binary Options mode on the trading platform, it is not available in the 60 seconds or for Long-Term instruments.
The rollover features allows traders to extend the expiry time of an option to the following expiry time. Rather than incur a loss, traders can use this feature to extend the option’s expiry to potentially benefit from a change in market conditions to turn a loss into a profit.
There are several conditions that must be adhered to in order to use this feature:
Use of the rollover feature will increase the initial investment amount by 30% (If the initial investment in the option is $100, and the rollover feature is selected, the updated investment at the next expiry time will be $100 + $30 = $130).
This feature allows traders to double the size of the initial investment. Often traders are successful in predicting an option’s direction, and find themselves in the money. This tool lets traders increase the size of the investment, after they have already entered the position. This feature can assist traders in increasing the profitability of the trade. The target rate of the option will be updated to the asset’s price at the time of the “double-up” transaction.
This feature gives traders the option to get out of a losing position by selling back the option. Trader receives a dynamic asking price and can then decide whether to sell or not.
